HOA and neighborhood rules for window well covers in Knoxville, TN

Some Farragut, Hardin Valley, and other Knox County HOAs care about curb appearance — color, height above grade, or material. That doesn’t override egress safety when a window is an escape opening. Check your covenants while we help you choose a cover style that still works.

We’re Knoxville Window Well Covers — we don’t bypass HOA rules. Tell us any appearance requirements on the Free Estimate form.
